Step 1. Add water into your mixing tank
Step 2. Add T S P (TRISODIUM PHOSPHATE) to the mixing tank
Step 3. Add Sulphonic acid to the mixing tank
Step 4. Add Oxitol to the mixing tank
Step 5. Add dye to the mixing tank
Step 6. Mixing longer always make the better product

Now that you have followed the method and processes already explained, it is time to assess the quality of the product:

1. Colour – dependent on Dye used – customer, though, prefer Fluorescent Yellow as this is typically what bis found in the market.
2. PH – Neutral
3. Viscosity – Water like
4. Scent – dependent on the Perfume used – take into consideration customer preference as well colour of dye when deciding on perfume

NOTE

• Colour and perfume may be the choice of the manufacture
• SleS25% may be added to increase the foaming power without affecting the pH
• Extra solvent may be added to increase the degreasing power, especially in restaurnt floors
