Pine Gel Formulation
APPEARANCE
- Normally green Thick Gel.
- Colour may depend on customer needs/orders.
- PH 7.
- No perfume is needed as pine oil comes with a pine fragrance.
MIXING PROCEDURE
Step 1. Add (2,4kg) water into your mixing bucket
Step 2. Add (2,4kg) SDBS and keep on mixing
Step 3. Add (10g) Formalin to preserve a product for long shelf life
Step 4. Add (1g) dye and keep on mixing
Step 5. Add (300g) Pine oil and keep on mixing
Step 6. Now the product will begin to thicken
Step 7. Mixing longer help the product to thicken better
NOTE
- Pre dilute your 10g powder dye into 50ml of hot water for proper measurements to attain the desired color.
- SDBS may be reduced to minimize the cost or increased to improve the quality.
- The Colour always needs to be in line with the pine scent and diluting more than one gram, allows the manufacturer to add into the solution and to decide on green colour whether it should be dark or light.
