Mixing Procedure
Step 1. Add Water into your mixing tank
Step 2. Add Sles25%, mix and ensure that is completlely dissolved
Step 3. Add SDBS and keep on mixing while ensuring that is completlely dissolved
Step 4. Add a pre diluted 1g of green dye into 10g of water into the solution and keep on mixing
Step 5 Add Formalin to preserve the Dish Washing Liquid against bacteria for long shelf life
Step 6. Add 160 g of C D E to the solution and ensure that is dissolved
Step 7. Add 100g of water to top up to 5kg
Step 8. Add Perfume to the solution to give scent as the last ingredients and ensure that all products are dissolved
Step 9. Now the product will began to thicken, ensure that the colour is correct and allow it to settle to become clear
Appearance
- Thick liquid
- PH 7
- Recommended colour is green
- The recommended scent is lemon
Note
- Raw material, may be increased or decreased to control the cost of a product and quality
- Colour and perfume will be up to the manufacturer’s choice
- Colour always need to be in line with the fragrance
- Viscosity and foaming power may be increased by increasing CDE from 160g to 250g
- It is up to the manufacture to decide the quality based on the demand and affordability
